We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to hiring the best candidates for our organization. As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using various platforms, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for interviews.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Manage job postings and advertisements to ensure maximum visibility.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools and techniques.
