To verify identity and assess loan eligibility, we collect your Name, Mobile Number, DOB, Gender, PAN, Address, Pin Code, Employment Type, Salary, Turnover, Payslips, and Income information.
We collect basic device info (model, OS version, IP address) for security and fraud prevention. For login, we use the Google SMS Retriever API to auto-read a single specific OTP SMS sent by us. We do NOT require general SMS permissions.
We DO NOT access, collect, or store your personal SMS messages, contacts, call logs, microphone, location, or list of installed applications.
Our app is designed to respect your privacy and requires no special device permissions (such as Camera or Storage) to function. To facilitate document uploads (like income proofs), we use your device's secure, built-in system file picker. We only receive access to the specific documents you explicitly choose to provide, and we cannot access your broader file system or camera.
We process your data to establish identity, assess loan applications, monitor platform security, and enable financial services with our RBI-registered lending partners.
We share relevant customer data with partner banks and NBFCs necessary for loan processing, credit limit checks, and eligibility assessment.
We protect your data using secure SSL transmissions and firewalls. We retain your information as long as necessary to provide services or until you request account deletion.
